Vets got the first quad by trick, alas we got first Low RL and he beat the Vets Quad to High RL. Quad managed to flee as the RL had High as a priority for his mates. But vets were all over that telly; eventually, a Vets GL arrived and chased the GTG RL off in need of armor - he was forced to pick High RL as he went, delaying it from matchstart by a good 25 sec. He grabbed an armor from big and returned in time to chase away a few Vets from the 2nd High, securing it for a mate; meanwhile, Vets managed to get an RL from Low - however, lacking armor, 2nd Quad fell into GTG hands undisputed. He managed to clear out the single Vets RL on the map and produce a pack for a mate. Not long after the 3rd High RL was picked up by our 4th guy, and after 90 seconds into the game and we had 4-0 in RLs. By the time 10 mins had passed we had a 200 frag lead. Now and then during this period, a Vet got an RL, but he never got to keep it for long. It wasn't until the 12th minute they got two RLs on the map at the same time, and with them managed to steal the 13th Quad (shortly thereafter kaputted, luckily). A minute later they had 3 RLs, but then they grew slack, and defensive. 14th quad went our way, as well as 15th, and eventually the quadrunner mangaed to drain Vets down to the stereotype of an RL at a time they had started the game with. The last 5 minutes was a bit of a chicken farm as people slipped through telly and stole Low RLs left and right. GG! /dak - by Griffins Tappra Gossar

This game had pretty much the same look through and through. For the longest time (at least during the first 10 mins) we were incapable of keeping 4 RLs on the field. We had 3, never 4. If we got 4, then one died, and so we had 3 once more. Vets kept 1-2 on the field practically the whole game. We kept control of YA for the full 20 mins however, and relatively good control over Quad. A few blue powerpills went Vets way, but without armors and/or weapons they were never able to turn the map around. On a side note, this game featured one of the best bores of all time; check out the 14th Quad (I think), piloted by UL, as he goes to clear out Vets two RLs in start; both die, but he doesn't kill either. :) In a closing statement, Vets wanted to win this game, and fought all the way through, something that in this QW scene we all know is rare enough to commend. Yeah we sure fought and tryed to gain control on both maps until the end. But there was not much we could do, because when yeslife-skills meets nolife-skills the outcome is given. But wtf believe it or not, we had fun anyway :P
