| I dont see "Phantasy" on LA's list of players at this website (LA homepage doesnt work) hence he/she isnt allowed to play in NQR games according to the rules. I wasnt aware of another similar issue yet with Nepra in another game. As it stands now the problem of a non eligible player gets carried into the next round. I have made very bad experiences with carrying problems into further rounds (e.g. SD2 final comes to mind). |

| If this was the only way the game was going to get played, then phantasy should have been allowed to play by the admins. But the rules are obviously there to stop clans playing with non-playerlisted members, and that was broken here (albeit in a clever way). As much as I like LA, it's sad that they seem to think they (and BWL) are above the rules. I wouldn't even consider a stunt like this with my clan. I mean, what if everyone started doing it? If a clan only has 3 players 'is it ok if we get a standin and loser submits WO?'. 'Lets play DM6 and loser submits WO' etc. etc. This result is a /very/ bad thing and should be voided. |

| I think what Apollyon means, at least that's what I think so too, that this is not just about BWL agreeing to give walkover. LA are putting pressure on opponents to give walkover for a lame game like this. Because if BWL does not, LA would say BWL are lame too for agreeing with "lame nqr rules", or at least it would be implied. It's no secret that we (Slackers) would have TAKEN a walkover from LA any day if they tried to pull off this stunt.. groupgame or finals. I think it shows more how LA think of playing as a top clan in a league, than it does of opponents giving them walkover from fear (or the wrong kind of respect), or taking walkover as a right. |
