king-nEpra (217.210.47.29) 2004-02-15 20:09:01
rev? what the hell.. this map was owned by nEpra as always.

Janozh (213.112.181.158) 2004-02-15 12:58:12
Yeah it was a real tactical mistake to choose dm3... everyone knows that rev can clean that map if he has the flow, no matter what the opposition. Why not e1m2 for FU?

znappe (213.114.180.241) 2004-02-16 03:17:42
its wellknown that all of mine/vallas clans have allways sucked at dm2 and been good at dm3.. so im still wondering whats going on in fu's heads :p

luny (212.226.139.122) 2004-02-16 10:41:38
Atleast for me the reason was, I didn't recognize any of clan free's nicks, and they didn't seem particularly good in the first round.. which was a warm-up round anyway. And having once enough spare time to play some quake 4on4 I didn't really care what the map would be or to think through tactical scenarios.. And oh, another reason, Anza being our tactical genius, we decided to do exactly the opposite he was suggesting :P

L (193.167.242.42) 2004-02-16 11:19:48
heh, im glad to hear you all are confused about our decisions, we are not :). We just play the way it feels good. And on this match we felt that we could do better on the second round. Didn't happen... don't worry guys.

Oh and BIG thanks for freedom team to agree to play at z team server. Im glad your ping were not 42ms on finnish servers like you said while arguing about the server for 15min at bbb.

Znappe you rock my world

Anza (130.232.37.99) 2004-02-16 12:58:19
Yep, i had also no idea who played on freeedom, now i begin to realize why "fake hurri" is a registered trademark in finland :D Well anyhow they were clearly better but who cares.

L, sweep have allways had 42 ms on z.. look at all our AM games who have been played there and you will see.. but with some lucky routing he had 28 for about 3 days (1 of those days were this day!) .. so please... silence ;/
