smashing screenies; no squinting needed, thnx heaps, xhrl! - by NQR Admin
We didn't start this dm2 very well. For the first couple of minutes it was the representation in Quake of what we swedes call "hawaii-hockey". Chaos, no teamplay, and noone wanted to be front man. Then something changed. Everything clicked at once, we got a quad and we settled down to lock the map. We kept lowrl relatively timed and stole at least half of them, but One managed to hold on to 200/mega quite a long time. They were never truly close to getting the map back though. another smashing screenie by dak, thnx man: you get me through all the difficult times:) xhrl. - by NQR Admin
The game started once again in favor of One. They got first quad but didn't manage to get a YA to support it with, so it died before it could get into RL room to secure 2nd rl. They used their first RL well, to keep YA safe and secure GL area. The mistake came when they didn't show up in time and force to quad however. We had our sg guys there to block them and RLs behind, but they were never really in any danger. When we got a pimped up quad rl the game was up. With 15 mins remaining we had the whole map locked and Avenger(Legato) stopped playing, shortly followed by his disconnect. When he returned we already had a 100-150 frag lead and game had grown a bit dull. One kept fighting back (with 3 players at least), showing good sportsmanship.
