E2M2 - The Ogre Citadel

We agreed to play on Z Kteam server. HF2 had a slight advantage in ping (10 in difference), thx to AMD who agreed to play both maps on same server. AMD got the better start here, but it was quite even for a long time. After a few minutes HF got ahold of Q and reclaimed RA Area as theirs, while having one of the primary positions secured a Q-sweep occured on other parts of the map, minimizing AMD's chances to scramble any resistence. However they soon got enough power to challange HF2 for Q/Ra Area and did a nice attack and took us (HF2) by suprise. They held RA/Q Area for some minutes and got ahead in frags, allthough they didn't seem to get a firm grip over the map (wich we are thankful for hehe. HF2 launched several attacks on Q/Ra many wich got denied, but eventually we got through their line of defense, GG AMD.

E1M2 - Castle of the Damned

We got a bit worried when AMD choose e2m2, since we have not pracced/played that map since last NQR. But hey Lady Fortune was on our side today, we knew that they had done some strong performances on e1m2, so we knew this wasn't going to be a walk in the park. This time we got the better start, allthough the got the first Q and RL they were quickly bagged by HF players. The balance of the map swung quite alot in the beginning, we got some sort of control though over Q/GL/YA Area, AMD faught hard to regain controll of the map, and launched several attacks vs Q/GL Area..many of them got denied. How ever consisitency gives rewards it seems, because the got the Q and attacked GL/Ya Area, they smashed trough HF's last line of defense with their quadified strenght. At the end AMD had control over all vital areas and they swept the map for frags desperatly trying to catch up, but the time was against them, GG AMD.
