This was a rather close one.. - tricked to first quad, but we got high rl. The game was very tight in 13 minutes, with axemen having a 30 frag lead. Then we lost quad\tele AND low in the same time.. We were flooding as always, and after 50-60 frags to hyphen, we found out that we should do something, so we took over, but only 2 minutes left, so Hyphen took home a map that really should have been in axe' favour. :( - by The Axemen

Im not even interessted in commenting this map, but I feel the urge to say: WE SUCK BIGTIME. 106 frags? That is just lol. It felt like 20. Never experienced suck a poor performance. And of course Hyphen took that advantage, and owned us pretty easily. Too bad this was nqr, because I know we could have done a MUCH better job, and perhaps won. a possible 2-0 became a nightmare. But nevertheless, Hyphen played great. GG - by The Axemen

yeah dm2 was pretty close sometimes.. if we would have been a bit more sharp we would have 2-0 instead of 1-2 :< life's a bitch.

i am starting to respect e1m5 in a way....though, it does have that "useless" square area with the drop-wall. i'd like to see the demos, in particular the e1m5/dm3 games. I hope it was played on a mvdsv:)

xhrl.. Its called party-cabin. We have alot of fun there, in warmup.. :) In game, its a great place to get health, if you're low on health on sng. So its really not useless at all. :)

Well, that area, that is called "large-health-room" in my stupid loc, is as timmi says, a nice runaway if you are pressed for low health at sng/ya. But it serves a purpose because if you go there, you will have a nightmare getting back, so by going there you give up SNG. But ye, sure, might be more interestinf if GL for instance or some weapon was there. In a possible e1m5tdm version, I was thinking of having a tunnel from water to that room, and move MEGA to that room. Then that room would be more interesting: if you are at Q our outside, maybe with and RL, then going for mega will be a much bigger risk that it is now. I think this idea will make this map better.

sounds good. I feel something more could be done with the YA-bridge=>ssg part of the map too. maybe make the teleport lead somewhere more interesting/dangerous.

Well, in a tdm version of the map, of course those stupid moving bars at "YA-button" (shitty loc file) are history, and ye, why not let the telly go to Quad? then you got a telly on each side of the map going to quad, and you can still attack quad even if you dont have RL or SNG/YA safe.

Of course a lot of stuff could have done to improve the teamplay. I actually like the stupid bars, coming out of the wall, it gives the map some kind of distinctive character. :p Just look at ra area on dm3. If somebody would have made a map with such a ra area today,(and nobody had ever seen dm3.) who would have thought it would be that great? :)
