We got first pent/rl whereas they got first quad/ring. Quad/RA was safely in our possession for the first 4 minutes of the game, but then the Misfitz made a well coordinated attack with 2 RLs and got the next quad, which they managed to secure RA with. In all this they forgot about the pent however, which GTG picked up - but MM did well and managed to keep a toothhold on the map. The control was in no-mans-land for the rest of the map, all pents going our way minus the last, but not managing to produce much out of them. For the first time in NQR history, GTG faces defeat on E1M2, this time it was mainly due to the fact of !MM! keeping control of the quad. I figure you could count the amount of quads GTG had on one hand alone, and in the end, that gave !MM! the edge to win. Other than that, most of the map changed possession more often than Mikedigi can reconnect. /dak - by Griffin's Tappra Gossar

The decider was in our favor, as we had initially planned on picking DM2. First High RL went in favor of MM, but we managed to swipe the quad with trick and stopped them from locking the map. It was an odd game, going from bad to worse for both teams I think. Clean and Spoque both reconnected (I assume b/c of lag on some proxy?) but were back in play in the matter of seconds - reason for Clean's doublette is that he reconnected with a different nick. Ermac had the quadbore of the day and decided to play everquest with a few minutes left when the victory was secure. GG! :) /dak - by Griffin's Tappra Gossar

Naw, hard to explain exactly what happened on dm2. Was alot of diff things going on. I'll upload a demo to clarify.
