As always on E1M2, we had some trouble locking down. We got the RLs, the quads, we played really well for the first 10-15 minutes, and then we lost it all. The whole map, out the window to fired. They started fragging and we eventually gave up trying to win the map back and just waited out the clock. /dak - by Griffin's Tappra Gossar

Fullstart us, and we handled it pretty decently. We lost low rl after the first 2 minutes or so, but quad kept pressure high on fired and I think they only ever had 2 RLs simultaneously. They did get a quad or two and stole water/telly from us but they were never able to keep that control til the next quad, which we used to clear them back out again. | GG GTG! No more 180 ping for me thank god. Back to a ping I can actually hit something with hehe. I'm surprised we did as well on e1m2 the ping map (well, not me at least, I was useless, but Bronx rocked it up). We also did well on e1m2 vs. HF if I recall (another result that surprised me given their record in the division). I wish I lived on the east coast just to get a 100 ping in Europe (a pretty sad ping to wish for eh?). It was fun playing the euros in NQR, despite the nasty odds, and very gratifying to beat AMD. I wish Squeeze could have talked me into playing with a high ping earlier in the season, perhaps I'd have been a bit more in shape (both TP-wise and learning 180 ping again). Less than a week (and just NQR games) wasn't enough. The NQR games were the only games we played together as a team. Bah, enough rambling =P. |
