first attempt at this game das here failed validate_clients AND f_ruleset. we refused to play the game and rescheduled (our prerogative as you were in direct breach of the rules)....
second attempt to play and you can't play the game. we didn't want to risk a no result, so we submit this....

| you forgot to mention that das was being an arse over fixing said problems, even when hes teammates and an admin tried to tell him/help him. it should also be pointed out that the same teammate that said he'd tell das to sort it out, proceeded to slag off fips when das refused (or according to him, couldnt get) the correct client version/ruleset. Oh, and no it wasn't just little old you das, your teammates had a problem with bad clients too, weird how they all got it fixed without moaning and stirring up trouble, eh? |

| We really tried to get this game played. On first attempt, SEC were not playing with legal clients or ruleset smackdown. Despite Goljat's attempts to "baby talk" das thru setting this he failed.
This really call's into question the validity of the other wins you've had in nqr, as it would appear that since limey couldn't play with a legal client, and you and others in SEC couldn't pass a f_ruleset or Valid_clients check.
We agreed to a rematch despite this, but depsite this, you still fail to play!
Your continuous childish and antoganistic behaviour has gotten to some of my other clan m8's ... personally i'm used to such behaviour as i have a 3yr old to contend with.
We have taken the time out of our busy lives to make time to play these matches twice and you have failed to show us the same courtesy. I've explained to Paradoks that we haven't the time to try yet again to play SEC. We have the logs from irc of all of this, and the demo of Goljat trying to help you make your client legal to play with.
Sorry, but this isn't rocket science ... all you had to do was turn up with legal clients, pass the checks and play ... it's not really our fault if you can't manage to do that really is it? |

| As an addition to my previous comments, if you join a league, you accept the responsibility to play by those rules. I personally dont think Limey was cheating with the client he was using, i even chatted to him in irc and talked him thru what he needed to do to get fuhquake up and running properly ... but he accepted the fact that its not just a question of not cheating, its trying to prove beyond doubt that your not. In the case of nqr, thats following the rules set down and doing all you can to achieve that. The ppl in the qw community are prolly amongst the friendliest bunch of ppl in competitive online gaming. If you have a problem setting up a client, there are always ppl around available to help you sort it out. But then, perhaps das dosn't have enough friends to help him with that :) On the point of cheating with ruleset smackdown enabled, well, coming from you das, if you say YOU can cheat with it, i'll bow to your obvious knowledge in that matter. For me, and the rest of FIPS this matter is now closed, and we look forward to the rest of our nqr games. |

Point is you guys are grown men but make small issues into big one. I am not bothered that you got a WO. you can have it casue you need it.
