DM3 - The Abandoned Base

103-202

Reports
Good start for us, but sadly we screwed it up. We got RL and quad/ring while FS picked up pent. Their pent flushed our RL out of hiding at YA right before it spawned, and he had to flee to RA where he was promptly gunned down. Pack dropped but was dismissed seconds later. The game didn't start all that bad despite the early mistakes, and we managed to hold on by the teeth for quite a while before FS took over. We sucked at pents as usual, probably main reason for loosing with so big numbers. FS were just too strong for us on this DM3, well played guys. /dak - by Griffins Tappra Gossar

E1M2 - Castle of the Damned

245-129

Reports
The DM3-traitor returns to kick ass on E1M2 as usual. The game started pretty much in our favor, and stayed that way for most of the map. Not a single FS RL left the RL-area without us knowing about it, and every single one of 'em got gunned down before they were able to resupply. We did an excellent job of keeping FS always needing weaponry and armors to launch a Quad attack - and whenever they did manage to pull a good attack off they weren't able to last very long until their quad guy was gunned down again. GG! /dak - by Griffins Tappra Gossar

DM2 - Claustrophobopolis

219-153

Reports
Home sweet home. CMT4 tossed by us (duh), CMT3 tossed by FS, leaving us with my personal favorite, DM2. We started very well, scoring the first highrl-quad while FS picked up low rl. He went in a beeline for quad, but retreated once we picked it up. He ran out of rox and went for the 200-mega pack but realized it had already been picked up (by the guy that was chasing him, bwahah). He died at low-rl and we had an early maplock. We picked up 2nd lowrl and had highrl secure, but sadly lost 2nd highrl to a screwup. He made a foolish attempt to attack lowrl (wtf?) and gave away his pack. We locked it tight after this and kept it tighter until something disturbed the internet lines in bondeland. Griffin was disconnected and couldn't reconnect (had to restart qw) and Mrlame had a 30-60 sec timeout where he dropped an RL. FS took their chance and made a takeover, but graciously asked if we wanted to break. We said hell no, play ball, and took the map back a couple of minutes later. Understandably, the fact that they took over on such an incident might've screwed with them mentally as much as it did with us physically. It's hard to say what would've happened if we hadn't lost two of our troopers in a freak accident, and even harder to say what would've happened if we had restarted the game, but imo the game didn't turn out too badly. As an ending statement, I'd just like to thank FS for some good games, hope to see you guys in the playoffs for a rematch! /dak - by Griffins Tappra Gossar

dakoth you're too modest. how could you fail to mention the game-clinching quad run that you made (assisted by mrlame) to ra-mega around 17-18 mins?!

Heh, we were actually laughing in TS after that quad run cus EVERYONE ended up at lowrl suddenly. Had to rush back towards telly and didn't have enough armor left to make it to secret. Typical :p
