DM2 - Claustrophobopolis

224-147

Reports
EQ got off to a nice start on DM2, explained by them spawning everything on the map (including quadjump). 2nd lower rl was stolen by an EverQu.. err, EarthQuaker as well, and we had some communication issues (2 rls ended up in 200/mega lava - still laughing over that one). And when everything was going to hell anyway, something amazing happened. Griffin got a 1 minute long u_remove, and you all know what that means. Yup, every single one was aiming for the lagging hpw! :) What was even better was that he was right below quad. That left me to hit'n'run from quad-tunnel and steal a quad, splatting 2 EQs with it, and chasing another. When quad was dead and the dust settled, EQ only had one RL left on the map - which died shortly after. And boom - we went from 60-70 frags behind to 70+ in front in the matter of minutes. Grf did an awesome job at lowrl and we didn't let eq have another taste at quad until it was just a minute or two left. Great game! //dak - by griffin's tappra gossar

This was so funny map.. First 10min were our time. Full control @ tele/ng/quad. Then happened something. GTG got one quad and killed our rl guys. Rest of time map was GTGs control. We just ran over the map and get few frags. not funny :) - by EarthQuake

E2M7 - The Underearth

149-156

Reports
Well, despite the above pic (or lack thereof), I'll give a shot at illustrating this map. Go to the toilet. Take a dump. Stand up and turn around. Look down. There you go, illustrated! Seriously though, it was pure chaos. Weirdest thing ever. Was like, one minute we had quad safe and were owning up the map, and the next positions were reversed and EQ was owning us. And it stayed that way for 19 minutes - tied with the last quad to go. In the end I think it was a combination of me boring on the 3rd last quad (I blame the new sens :D) and EQ ending up with the last one that gave 'em the edge. The map that god forgot :| //dak - by griffin's tappra gossar

hmm.. Dunno what we did on this map.. Worst e2m7 what we have played. GTG played so fucking good and they knew where to camp. Thight map. GG gtg.. You were better on this time. Good luck for future - by EarthQuake

E1M2 - Castle of the Damned

208-154

Reports
I honestly don't remember much of e1m2. It's all a blur, but it felt, despite the numbers, like it was a close one. It was a bit similar to dm2 actually, only a bit more even in the start, and we never really had the map 100% under control. Quads were used for defense as often as not, and the same went for EQ I think. Was an awesome feeling checking scores with 3 minutes left and seeing us leading with 60+ frags. Coincidentally, we had around the same time lost the map to EQ so we bunkered up in Mega and waited out the clock. Good game EQ! //dak - by griffin's tappra gossar
