It started with a 20 mins server discussion: It seemed that we had only quite equal pings (80-100)on the polish server, so we decided to play there. Then just 1 min before kickoff some PHCplayers reconnected and suddenly 3 PHC players had a good ping (30-50, see second screenshot)...giving them a rather big ping-advantage. Seems to me like a deceiving server-discussion and after those 20 mins we just were tired of it and played.....GOH is active for 5 years in the Quake-scene and most clans know we aint whiners and we dont mind losing (what we do the most of the time ) ...we just play for fun. But regarding this war we feel a bit f***** in the ass. |

i think there are some parallels between goh and dyb (especially our view on the game quake itself and that it should be fun - nothing else). the story reminds me a bit on our own situation 1 minute before all players got ready and phc switched their map-choice from one gay map to another more-than-gay map (e3m2 to e3m6) after propably seeing on our page that we played e3m2 quite well this saison. we never played this map once before or even knew it. too bad that pro-gamer-behavior doesn't result in 'pro-gamer-skills'.. thats why we beat them in their own map. irony? |
