Playerlists 050223

These teams need to add their playerlists ASAP. Please do so by logging in at the top of the page and going to the "Members" section.
EDIT: There's a bug with the login script which allows you to add players to a random list (it actually assigns Clan ID 0 so there's a list of random people in clan = 0). If you can see this list then you have logged in with the wrong password or aren't logged in properly! I will work on fixing this bug in the meantime.
EDIT2: The bug should now be fixed...
EDIT3: The edit clan info section is now fixed too, so you can now update clan email/URL/irc. Huzzah.

I got a suggestion... this is going to be the only NQR to summer.. so plz dont
split up the divisions into "A" and "B" (specially div2) we always get around
3-4 inactive clans so that will make div2 to 13-14 teams = 12-13 games / team
and I think we can handle that :)

The season would take too long. The reason NQR doesn't go into summer is because
activity levels decrease.
The summer cup will run again with a different
format, don't worry. |

It would be fine if every clan was super active, but the fact is that not all
clans have time to play 3 or 4 matches per week. I have tried to explain this to
Sassa before and I thought he had grasped the reasoning behind this; just
because his clan is practicing nearly every day and able to play lots of league
games in one week, it doesn't mean that everyone else is! You only have to look
at how many teams failed to even play 8 or 9 games last season in nine weeks.
What makes you think they'd be able to play twice that amount in SEVEN
weeks?
That many games per week would also cause nightmares for the
admin team with games to be confirmed, even more W.O. drama and ping whine and
all that goes with NQR matches.
NQR8 will finish mid-May and the summer
cup will begin soon after. My initial idea is to have a Champions League-style
format (groups of 4 + single elim playoffs - like CH-SD but smaller groups) and
to have classic (tb3) and custom competitions. |
