If a player's clan leaves NQR after a few games, then a player may
transfer to
another clan with the permission of the NQR admin crew.

That rule only applies if the CLAN leaves NQR.
The rules also
state
that unless this happens, a player can only play for 1 clan in the
season. We
are willing to consider exceptions, such as Diki to tVS. In that case,
tVS
needed to add Diki to have a chance of playing, although I note that
they are
still on 0 games played... zzz |

saw only 3
fs-players playing and 5 triada-players.. thought serox had joined
triada since
he played with them in the prac we played against them a few days ago!
but
anyhow.. would be nice to see him joining fs, since with a bit of
practise he's
